You can delete your Staff Airlines account and its data at any time. The quickest way is in the app. No app? Send us a request below.

Delete it yourself
On iPhone and Android.
- Open Staff Airlines and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete profile and confirm.
Deletion is permanent. Your tokens can’t be restored afterwards.
Without the app
Request deletion
Send us an email request. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email. Use the email of the Apple or Google account you sign in with.
Signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email? Add your Support ID so we can find your account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile
- Your token balance, reset to zero
- Your place in the agent program
Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel Premium. Cancel it in your app store first: App Store or Google Play.
What we keep
Only records we’re required to keep by law, such as purchase records, and only for as long as required.
