Is Staff Airlines free?

Yes. The Free plan covers every route and every airline for today, through 3 AM tomorrow. Premium adds any date, airport schedules, Transfer route finder, the partner airlines filter and tokens for agent requests.

How accurate are the flight loads?

Loads are estimates, not official airline data. When an agent has recently checked a flight, you see their numbers.

What is an agent?

Someone who works for an airline or at an airport check-in desk. Agents are verified, answer load requests from other staff travellers and earn tokens for it.

How does a load request work?

You spend one token and an agent has 10 minutes to pick up your request and reply. You get a push when they answer. If nobody responds, your token comes back.

What is Transfer route finder?

It finds connecting routes when a direct won’t work: there are no directs, they’re full, or you’ve been bumped. You see alternatives with loads on both legs, so you don’t spend the night in a terminal.
