Staff Airlines is a mobile app for airline employees who travel on staff tickets and fly standby. It shows estimated open seats on flights of 500+ airlines, and lets you ask an agent, someone with access to the airline's systems, to check a flight. It is available on iPhone and Android.

- Partner airlines filter: only airlines your employer has ZED and interline agreements with.
- My Flights: saved flights; with Premium you can follow a flight and get load updates up to departure.
- Airport schedules: departures and arrivals with status, gate, delays and cancellations.
- City search: city codes such as NYC, LON or PAR search every airport in a city.

Estimates and agents
An estimate is not official airline data, and it can be off. Use it to choose the flights worth a closer look.
An agent is someone with access to an airline's systems, for example airline staff or check-in agents. Agents are verified when they sign up, appear under a nickname and earn tokens for answering. Their answer shows what they saw in the airline's system at that moment: open seats by cabin and the standby list (STBY). An answer counts as fresh for one hour, or three hours if the flight departs more than a day away.
What Staff Airlines doesn't do
- It doesn't sell tickets, including staff (ID) tickets. Your own airline issues them, usually through its staff travel portal or myIDTravel. See Staff travel portals.
- It doesn't list you for standby. You list with your airline; the app helps you choose the flight.
- It doesn't guarantee a seat. Boarding decisions are made by the airline.

No. Staff Airlines is on iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
Is Staff Airlines free?
Yes, the free plan covers every route and every airline for today, through 3 AM tomorrow. Premium adds any travel date, Transfer route finder, airport schedules, the partner airlines filter and tokens for agent requests.
Where do agent answers come from?
From agents: people with access to an airline's systems, such as airline staff or check-in agents, verified when they sign up. They send what they saw in the airline's system: open seats by cabin and the standby list.
Can I buy staff tickets in Staff Airlines?
No. Staff Airlines doesn't sell tickets. Your airline issues staff tickets, usually through its staff travel portal or myIDTravel.
