Dress code
Dress as you would for the office, or smart casual. Sweatshirts, shorts, gym shoes and other very casual clothes are generally not acceptable. Behave so that paying passengers aren't disturbed and ground staff and crew can focus on them. If you don't follow Aerolineas Argentinas rules, you may be refused travel.
Changes and refunds
- Request full refunds in myIDTravel.
- Partial refunds also go through myIDTravel, with one exception: if the first segment is unused but later segments were flown, email [email protected]. Manual requests can take a while.

- After one year the ticket has no value and can't be reissued or refunded.
