- Checked baggage in Economy and Business: 1 piece of up to 23 kg, as shown on your itinerary receipt.
- Cabin baggage: 1 bag of 55 × 40 × 23 cm plus 1 accessory, together no more than 8 kg. A bag that doesn't meet these limits is taken at the boarding gate and put in the hold.

Boarding, seats and upgrades
You can't request a seat on an ID ticket.
Business class isn't available for ALA, NQZ, DXB, RUH and TAS.
Special services, children and pets
- Standby passengers can't get special services.
- Special services such as a pet in the cabin (PETC), an animal in the hold (AVIH) or a wheelchair must be requested in the reservation and confirmed by LOT. This is possible on RT tickets only.
- Children can fly in Business class from age 9 with an adult, and from age 12 on their own.
Dress code
Always wear clothes that are clean, neat and in good taste. Nothing that could offend or distract other passengers: that means no overly revealing or vulgar clothing, and nothing that breaks common standards of decency. Parents are responsible for how their children are dressed and how they behave.
