Business: tracksuits, jeans, shorts, T-shirts, sweatshirts, sandals, slippers and sports shoes aren't acceptable. Instead:
- Men: business casual (a shirt, trousers or smart casual pants and closed-toe shoes). A suit or jacket is optional.
- Women: business casual (national dress, a dress with sleeves at knee length or longer, a skirt or trousers, and shoes or heels). A suit or jacket is optional.
- Children: neat clothes suitable for travel.
Changes and refunds
Downgrade refunds:
- Request them within 7 days of travel.
- Attach your boarding passes to the request.
- They are only available where Royal Brunei has a bilateral agreement.
- Nothing is refunded once 3 months have passed since the ticket was issued.
