To list on RwandAir, have your staff ID, passenger names, ticket number and the flights and dates ready. How to list for standby on RwandAir
For a listing, provide:
- Your staff ID.
- The passengers' names.
- The ticket number.
- The flights and dates you want.
- Dates of birth for any children and infants.
Flights you can't use
Embargoes are announced at least two weeks before they take effect.
Visas and travel documents
Make sure you carry every travel document you need. For example, travellers to JNB, LOS, JRO and DAR must have a yellow fever vaccination. If a missing document leads to a fine, you pay it.
Baggage
- Economy: 23 kg on all routes.
- Business: 30 kg on all routes.
Check-in
Check in at least 90 minutes before departure. On flights from LOS, the counters close 2 hours before departure.
Boarding, seats and upgrades
- On a space-available (SA) ticket you can't request a seat. With a confirmed, bookable ticket, ask your travel desk to make the request with the right entries.
- An upgrade is possible, depending on the position you hold and on seat availability.
Special services, children and pets
- Special services aren't available on standby.
- Special meals can't be requested on an SA ticket. With a confirmed, bookable ticket, ask your travel desk to request one.
- Minors can travel unaccompanied if they are over 16.
Changes and refunds
RwandAir won't issue extra tickets, so carry enough back-up tickets to avoid having to buy expensive commercial ones.
