Book in myIDTravel. Sunrise Airways flights can be booked until 1 hour before departure.

• For some destinations, you may have to book a round trip.
• Sunrise Airways is an e-ticket airline: your e-ticket with flight details and PNR code is sent to the email address on file.

Check the entry requirements of each country, including visas, vaccinations and entry forms.

• Checked: 1 piece up to 23 kg.
• Cabin: 1 piece up to 5 kg on Embraer 120 aircraft; otherwise 1 piece up to 10 kg plus 1 personal item (backpack, purse or laptop bag).
• Personal items go under the seat in front of you. In the front row, all bags go in the overhead bin.
• Sunrise Airways may charge for excess baggage at its own discretion, at the applicable rates.

Online check-in isn't available to standby (ZED-MIBA) passengers; you get your boarding pass at the airport check-in counter. Finish check-in no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Connecting flights are available on ZED-MIBA tickets. At the transfer airport, go straight to the gate if you already have your boarding pass; if not, go to the check-in counter.

• Sunrise Airways' own staff have boarding priority.
• When two or more ZED-MIBA passengers are on the same flight, the time you checked in at your departure airport decides who gets on and who is offloaded.
• Leisure passengers on R2 (and R1) bookings can be offloaded in favour of paying passengers if the flight is overbooked.

• Extra services such as pets, sports equipment or special baggage are booked and paid for at the airport on the day of the flight. Prices are on the Sunrise Airways website.
• Unaccompanied minors (under 16) aren't accepted on ZED tickets.

Casual clothes are welcome on Sunrise Airways.

Acceptable:

• Shirts with sleeves and collars, T-shirts.
• Jeans, dress slacks, skirts and dresses, jogging suits.
• Dress shoes, open-toed shoes, sneakers and sandals.

Not acceptable:

• Torn, ragged, slashed, dirty, frayed, low-cut, skimpy or revealing clothes.
• Offensive or sexual slogans or images.
• Halter, tube or midriff tops.
• Beachwear or swimwear.
• Flip-flops, or shoes that are dirty, stained or worn out.

The airport duty staff have the final word on the dress code. Always be discreet, respectful and cooperative with staff and with paying customers, and work with the flight attendants and ground staff.

Make all changes in myIDTravel. Airport staff may not be able to help with booking changes, so make sure you can get into myIDTravel while travelling. To cancel, use myIDTravel; to reroute, cancel and make a new booking.

• Confirmed space: cancel unused bookings no later than 72 hours before departure, or you lose the right to a refund. You can't hold a booked flight and turn up at check-in with a standby booking unless you cancelled the booked flight 72 hours before departure.
• No-shows on firm bookings (R1/S1) aren't refunded.

To get a refund:

1. Request refunds for unused and partly used bookings in myIDTravel: retrieve the PNR, cancel the flight segment and request a full or partial refund. Unused bookings can be refunded for up to 6 months after issue, and not after that.
2. For now, refunds are processed by hand, so after submitting the request in myIDTravel, also email [email protected] to start the refund.
3. The money goes back only to the credit card used for the booking. Full refunds are processed within 30 working days, and Sunrise Airways won't give a status update before those 30 working days have passed.
