Aeroflot staff travel & standby
On Aeroflot you need a listing for every flight, made through the SU call centre, unless your airline also uses Sirena-Travel. Standby travelers check in at a self-service kiosk and must go to the counter no later than 45 minutes before departure to get a seat. Staff Airlines shows estimated open seats on Aeroflot flights before you go.

How to list for standby on Aeroflot
Every flight needs a listing, unless your airline's GDS is Sirena-Travel. To list, call the SU call centre at +7 499 954 58 33 and give:
- Name.
- Position or title (or relationship to the employee, for a family member).
- ID number.
- Date of hire.
- Travel details: dates, flights, itinerary.
- Ticket number.
Booking classes: Z for business class (if bilaterally agreed), R for Economy.
Flights you can't use
- Codeshare flights not operated by Aeroflot (SU3000–5399).
- Charter flights SU7000–7499 and SU5989–5999.
You can use Aeroflot's own flights and these codeshares:
- SU5700–5799 and SU6000–6999, operated by FV.
- SU5400–5699, operated by HZ.
- SU5800–5949, operated by F7.
Confirmed (HK) travel isn't allowed on these routes and dates:
- Moscow – Phuket, Moscow – Male, Moscow – Nha Trang, Moscow – Denpasar, Moscow – Ho Chi Minh City, Moscow – Seychelles, Moscow – Sanya, Moscow – Goa, Moscow – Colombo: 25 Dec 2026 – 3 Jan 2027.
- The same routes back to Moscow: 4 Jan 2027 – 11 Jan 2027.

If you transit through SVO on a standby ticket, you need a transit visa.
Baggage
Checked baggage on ZED/MIBA tickets:
- Business: 2 pieces, up to 32 kg each.
- Economy: 1 piece, up to 23 kg.
- Each piece up to 158 cm in total dimensions, for adults and children aged 2–12.
- Infants: 1 piece up to 10 kg and 115 cm, in any class.
Carry-on:
- Economy and Comfort: 1 piece up to 10 kg.
- Business: 1 piece up to 15 kg.
- Maximum size in every class: 55 × 40 × 25 cm.

Check-in
ID travelers are advised to check in at a self-service kiosk.
On standby:
- Enter your listing number and family name (as in the listing) at the kiosk.
- You get a boarding pass without a seat number, but you are already on the flight's priority list.
- Go to the check-in counter no later than 45 minutes before departure to swap it for a boarding pass with a seat.
Duty travelers get a boarding pass with a seat and can go straight to the gate.
Go to the check-in counter if:
- You have bags to check and there's no bag drop.
- You're on duty travel that isn't confirmed (HL, WL or DS status).
- Your duty ticket includes an upgrade, where the agreement provides for it.
- Your standby boarding pass has no seat.
- The kiosk is out of order.
