All listings on GOL are made in myIDTravel only. Your own airline helps you use the myIDTravel website, because it may have settings that GOL doesn't know about.

If myIDTravel shows an error message:

1. Take a screenshot as soon as the error appears.
2. Email it to [email protected] and describe what you were trying to do. Use your corporate email if you can.
3. If you write from a personal email, give your full name and the airline you work for.

GOL can't help without at least this context.

You can use all regular and extra flights operated on GOL's own aircraft. Charter flights and codeshare flights operated by another airline are excluded. When you enter the G3 carrier code while booking in myIDTravel, codeshare flights are already left out of the availability page.

GOL may set embargoes on specific dates or routes at its own discretion. You'll always find them in myIDTravel, in the ID Agreements section.

These rules apply to all ZED travel on GOL, whatever the ticket type (confirmed, space available or crew repositioning) and whether you travel for leisure or on duty.

Free cabin baggage:

• A small personal item (bag or backpack) under the seat in front: up to 10 kg and 32 cm wide, 22 cm high, 43 cm deep.
• A small bag in the overhead bin: up to 12 kg and 35 cm wide, 55 cm high, 25 cm deep, including wheels.

Other free items:

• Free checked baggage: 1 piece, up to 23 kg and up to 80 × 50 × 28 cm.
• Free assistive devices: 1 piece.
• Free stroller, baby seat or booster seat: 1 piece.
• Baggage pooling isn't allowed on any GOL flight: you can't combine the allowances of two or more people to carry one bag heavier than 23 kg.

Excess baggage:

• Fees are on the GOL website, under "Excesso de Bagagem" for extra weight and under "Checked Baggage" for extra pieces.
• You can buy extra pieces before you travel by calling the GOL reservations center.
• Prepaid extra pieces you don't use are refunded if you ask the reservations center before you board.
• At the counter, the excess charge is calculated automatically by GOL's Sabre system from the weight of the bags you bring.

On most GOL flights you can check in online from 48 hours before departure. The GOL app is on the Apple App Store and Google Play. GOL counters at the airport close one hour before departure.

Follow every instruction from the gate agents.

On a standby (space available) ticket:

• Wait near the gate while paying customers board first.
• If there are free seats, they are given out near the end of boarding, and GOL employees get seats first.
• Space for cabin bags is limited, so you may be asked to check your bag at the gate.

On a confirmed ticket, your boarding group is shown on your boarding pass.

If you travel with family or a large group, prepare them for what to expect before you get to the airport and have a backup plan in case there aren't seats for everyone. Even if there are enough seats, GOL can't promise you'll sit together.

On board, follow all crew instructions and don't ask paying customers to swap seats. myIDTravel tickets can't be used on jump seats, even if you are a flight attendant or pilot.

Keep a high standard of dress and grooming: clean, neat and conservative. The local airport team always has the final say.

Don't try to board in:

• Ripped or torn clothes, or clothes with holes.
• Flip-flops, or with bare feet.
• Clothes with offensive or controversial images or slogans.
• Sleepwear or beachwear.
• Leggings.
• Overly revealing clothes.

Use your coupons in the order they were issued. On tickets issued on or after 3 January 2025, if coupons are used out of order, the remaining coupons can't be refunded, whether the ticket is standby or confirmed.

To rebook, use the self-service functions in myIDTravel. Sometimes you may need to cancel your booking first and make a new one with your existing ticket. Only ask airport agents to rebook you if you can't do it in myIDTravel.

Refunds:

1. Cancel your reservation in myIDTravel.
2. Request the refund of your ticket in myIDTravel as well. Cancelling the reservation alone isn't enough.

• The refund is processed automatically once you request it in myIDTravel; you don't need to email GOL.
• It can take up to 60 days to show up on your credit card bill.
• A confirmed ticket can only be refunded if you ask at least 72 hours before the departure of the first coupon.
• Holding a standby and a confirmed booking for the same flight on the same date counts as abuse of GOL's inventory. Such bookings can be cancelled without notice and reported to your airline.
