Hong Kong International Airport: from 10 June 2026 (4 am Hong Kong time), HK Express check-in and bag drop moved to Terminal 2 (T2), Aisle U, and the counters in the Terminal 1 departure hall closed. Special services, children and pets
- ID passengers under 16 must travel with an adult holding the same type of ticket.
- Food and drinks brought from outside can't be consumed on board, and ground staff may stop you from taking them on. Hot and cold meals, drinks and alcoholic beverages are for sale from the onboard menu.
Dress code
The dress code is neat casual, and you are expected to be well groomed.
On staff leisure travel, never let your behaviour affect the service to revenue passengers. Airport staff and cabin crew will do their best to help you, but serving revenue passengers comes first. Follow this code of conduct:
- Be courteous to everyone you deal with.
- Respect on-duty airline staff by cooperating and following the leisure travel terms and this policy.
- Make sure employees, retirees and travel nominees have read and understood the conduct rules and dress code before any trip.
- Stay unobtrusive, and never get involved in a conflict that creates a scene in front of customers.
- Don't draw attention to the fact that you are travelling on an ID ticket.
- Follow all crew instructions and behave appropriately on board.
The airport representative makes the final decision in any dispute over onloading priority. Arguments at the check-in counter or in front of other passengers won't be tolerated.
