On Pegasus Airlines listing is mandatory and every ticket is bought in myIDTravel: without a listing you won't be checked in or boarded, even if there are free seats. How to list for standby on Pegasus Airlines
You must be listed to fly on Pegasus Airlines. If you aren't, you won't be allowed to check in or board, even when seats are free. All tickets have to be bought in myIDTravel.
Flights you can't use
- Pegasus Airlines charter flights, including flight numbers 6000–6999.
- Pegasus marketing flight numbers 7500–7999.
- Codeshare flights not operated by Pegasus Airlines.
Visas and travel documents
Every passenger needs a valid passport and the visas required for both the destination and any stop on the way.
Baggage
Pegasus doesn't use the piece concept. The baggage allowance on myIDTravel tickets is 20 kg.
Cabin baggage:
- International and Cyprus flights: one cabin bag and one underseat bag.
- Domestic flights: one cabin bag of up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm.
- A cabin bag goes in the overhead locker: up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm and 8 kg.
- An underseat bag must fit under the seat: up to 40 × 30 × 15 cm and 3 kg.

Check-in
- Online check-in isn't available for standby or confirmed staff passengers. Check in at the airport counter.
- At the counter, passengers are taken first come, first served.
- Check-in times and flight details are on www.flypgs.com.
- Through check-in isn't available for standby passengers.
Special services, children and pets
Standby passengers can't make advance requests for meals, seats, extra baggage or in-flight entertainment.
Changes and refunds
Pegasus refunds automatically. Whether you are on standby or confirmed:
- Open manage booking on the myIDTravel website.
- Press the cancel PNR button: the refund starts automatically.
If something goes wrong during the refund, the request moves to the manual refund queue. A manual refund can take up to 4 weeks to reach you.
