Flights you can't use
Check the Travel Info in myIDTravel for any embargoes that apply.
Visas and travel documents
Entry rules differ between destinations and may require pre-registration or an application. Getting the right passport, visas or vaccination certificates and checking that they are valid is your job, before you set off. Riyadh Air takes no responsibility for missing or invalid documents, and any fine it gets because of them is passed on to you in full.
Baggage
Your baggage allowance is shown on your itinerary, in line with the ZED agreement. Your bags travel only if space and the flight's weight limits allow.
- Excess baggage can be arranged in the Riyadh Air App, possibly at a special staff rate. At the airport it costs the regular commercial rate.
- Some items are restricted on board: see www.riyadhair.com or the Riyadh Air App.
Check-in
Check-in times depend on the departure airport: see the Riyadh Air App. If no time is given, check in at least 60 minutes before departure.
- Firm travelers can and should use web check-in.
- You can use self-service kiosks once your listing is done.
- Mobile check-in is possible if your ticket was issued through myidtravel.com.
All check-in information is in the Riyadh Air App.
