How to list for standby on Transavia Netherlands
- Make all bookings and listings in myIDTravel.
- Transavia is ticketless and has no ticket numbers. You receive a booking confirmation by email with a booking reference (PNR).
- If something goes wrong, email Transavia with screenshot(s). The address is in the 'HV' ID agreement in myIDTravel.

- Flight numbers HV1 – HV99 and HV7000 – HV8999 are excluded.

Baggage
- Hold: one piece of up to 20 kg per passenger. Infants: 10 kg.
- Cabin: 1 cabin bag (55x40x25), which isn't guaranteed a place on board, and 1 piece of hand luggage (40x30x20), together up to 10 kg.
- The commercial (excess) baggage policy applies. Extra kilos and Special Service Requests (SSR) can only be bought at the airport on the day of departure. Prices are on www.transavia.com.
Check-in
- Most check-in desks open 2 hours before departure and close 40 minutes before. Check the exact times on www.transavia.com.
- Have your itinerary receipt and proof of identity ready at check-in.
Boarding, seats and upgrades
Standby passengers get on only if there is space and payload limits for safe operation allow it. Priority order:
- Transavia staff (by continuous service date)
- AF/KL group staff (by date of joining, DOJ)
- Other airline staff (by DOJ)
Special services, children and pets
- The unaccompanied minor (UMNR) service isn't allowed.
- Special Service Requests (SSR) can only be bought at the airport on the day of departure.
Dress code
Dress properly. Be discreet, and make sure your behavior is beyond reproach.
Changes and refunds
- Cancel in myIDTravel under Manage Booking & Tickets. The refund is processed automatically.
- If cancelling or refunding fails, email Transavia with your PNR and screenshot(s). The address is in the 'HV' ID agreement in myIDTravel.
Good to know
- Meals and drinks on board must be paid for.
- Standby passengers aren't eligible for compensation for delays, cancellations or denied boarding.
