ET staff travel: the Ethiopian Airlines employee portal
Ethiopian Airlines employees and their families book staff tickets in the ET Booking portal. This guide follows Ethiopian's user guide for the portal; screens may have changed since. Staff of other airlines don't use it: see Ethiopian's rules for other airlines' staff.

What you can do in the portal
- Profile: your details and your family members, with their documents.
- Ticket allotment: your free and reduced-fare ticket quotas, for you and your family.
- Book a flight: choose the passenger, the type of benefit and how to pay; the ticket comes by email.
- My vacation: for active employees.
Flight Review: check before you travel
Flight Review shows how many passengers are booked in business and economy on a flight and the staff priority list. Look at it before you choose a flight, and again closer to departure: loads change. More on reading loads: How to check flight loads.
Changes and refunds
- Rebooking: you can change only the date; active employees can rebook within their approved vacation.
- Salary deduction: the refund comes back automatically with your next salary.
- Cash or mobile banking: request the refund in the portal, then complete it at the Central Pass Bureau.

No. It is for Ethiopian Airlines employees and their families. Staff of other airlines follow Ethiopian's interline rules.
