Check-in
Go to the general check-in counters, which open 3 hours before departure. Show your e-ticket and passport and follow the instructions of the staff. Check-in closes 1 hour before departure.
Special services, children and pets
Unaccompanied minors (UMNR) aren't accepted.
Dress code
Dress smart casual. Be discreet, respectful and cooperative with ground staff, crew and paying passengers. If you travel with children, keep an eye on how they behave.
