How to list for standby on Transavia France
Listing is mandatory. It is done at the same time as payment and purchase, only on the myIDTravel website. Waitlisting isn't allowed.
- Transavia France is a ticketless airline: there are no ticket numbers.
- A booking on a Transavia France (TO) flight can't be used on a Transavia Netherlands (HV) flight, and the other way round.
Flights you can't use
No embargoes apply. Flight numbers from 1xxx to 2999 are excluded: these are charter and ad-hoc flights.
Visas and travel documents
Having the passports and travel documents your destinations require is your own responsibility.
Baggage
- Hold luggage: 1 piece, no more than 20 kg in total.
- Hand luggage: 1 piece, up to 10 kg.
- Extra kilos can only be bought at the airport on the day of departure, at the Sales & Service Desk.
Check-in
At the check-in desk you may be asked for your booking confirmation and proof of identity or ID card.
On a multi-sector trip such as ORY-OPO-FNC, you are checked in for the first sector only. Check in again for each following sector.
Dress code
Be discreet, respectful and cooperative with Transavia staff and with commercial customers at all times. Your clothes and behaviour must not get in the way of good service to customers or of the work of staff on board and on the ground. Dress correctly. Parents must keep an eye on how their children are dressed and how they behave.
Changes and refunds
Transavia's call centre and service desks can't change staff tickets. Every change and refund is done on the myIDTravel website.
- You can only change the date or time, up to the last check-in time. Route changes, such as ORY-LIS into ORY-OPO, aren't allowed.
- Make partial or full refunds yourself in myIDTravel within 3 days after the original departure date. After that, email [email protected] for a manual refund, which takes 30–50 days.
- For a partial refund (one flight of a booking), the myIDTravel fee isn't refunded.
To change or refund a booking:
- Log in to myIDTravel and open the "PNR retrieval" tab.
- Enter your booking reference (6 letters/numbers) and your last name.
- Select the flight you want to change or refund.
