Standby passengers can't use Clic Air's web check-in, so be at the airport two hours before your flight to find out whether there is a seat for you. Baggage
What you can take depends on the fare you bought.
- Cabin: 5 kg, up to 25 cm wide, 35 cm long and 40 cm high. Wheeled cases aren't allowed.
- Hold: 15 kg.
Check-in
Web check-in isn't available to standby passengers. Be at the airport two hours before the flight so the airline can check whether there are free seats.
Special services, children and pets
Wheelchair:
- Buy your ticket through Clic Air's authorised sales channels.
- Call the call center at least 24 hours before your flight: national line 317 3966768. Tell them if you will bring any extra equipment.
- On the day of the flight, go to the airport counter two hours before departure so the service can be provided.
Travelling with oxygen:
- The equipment must be your own and in good working condition for travel.
- The oxygen cylinder must not exceed 2000 PSI.
- It must have a barometric test and a working pressure gauge.
- It must be able to deliver at least 4 litres of oxygen per minute.
- You must need oxygen for medical reasons and prove it with a document from an authorised doctor stating the maximum amount of oxygen.
Changes and refunds
Refund requests can be made only through Clic Air's customer service platform. You get a case number, and the airline replies within 8 working days from the date you file the request.
