All wet-lease and charter flights operated by Helvetic Airways are excluded. On flights Helvetic operates on behalf of SWISS (wet-lease), the LX ID Agreement applies.

Carry every document the destination country requires, passport, visas, health certificates, and those required at the stops on the way, in case you have to be off-loaded there for commercial or other reasons.

• Checked baggage: 1 piece up to 23 kg / 50 lb.
• Infants get no baggage allowance, but 1 pram, buggy or child seat travels free.
• Cabin baggage: 1 piece up to 8 kg (55 × 40 × 20).
• Your bags travel only if there is space and the flight's weight limits allow it.
• Excess baggage is charged at the regular fares and must be paid in full.

Web check-in isn't currently available on any ID ticket, confirmed or standby. Helvetic Airways recommends being at the check-in counter at least two hours before scheduled departure. Depending on the airport, the counter closes 45 to 65 minutes before departure. Check-in opening hours are on www.helvetic.com.

Seat requests aren't permitted on ID tickets.

• Special meals can't be pre-booked for any rebate passenger.
• Request wheelchair assistance at [email protected].
• Pets in the cabin (PETC) and animals in the hold (AVIH) aren't permitted on ID tickets.
• A bike (BIKE) depends on the load and is confirmed only from 3 days before the flight.
• Children under 16 can travel on an ID ticket only with an adult on the same type of ID ticket.

Dress appropriately and in good taste on Helvetic Airways, whatever your destination. You won't be accepted on board in worn-out, dirty or torn clothes, beachwear, flip-flops, tank tops, shorts or a jogging outfit. Stations are obliged to refuse ID travellers who aren't properly dressed.

To cancel flights, retrieve your PNR. Refunds aren't issued automatically:

1. Cancel the unused ticket online in myIDTravel.
2. Email the cancellation confirmation you receive to [email protected] to apply for the refund.

Bookable tickets are fully refundable until 4 days before departure. After that, only airport taxes are refunded.
