Baggage
- Checked allowance: 20 kg per passenger, or 15 kg on flights operated by Twin Otter aircraft.
- Anything over the allowance goes on standby and travels only if there is space.
- Cabin baggage: up to 6 kg and 40 × 35 × 18 cm.
Check-in
Loganair recommends checking in at the airport at least 60 minutes before departure, and no later than 45 minutes before.
Through check-in to connecting flights isn't available. Leave yourself enough time to land and check in again at the connecting airport.
Boarding, seats and upgrades
Seat requests aren't allowed on staff travel.
Special services, children and pets
Loganair doesn't carry unaccompanied minors.
Changes and refunds
Request refunds through myIDtravel:
- Cancel the reservation.
- Note the booking reference and the ticket number.
- Request the refund in myIDtravel.
Refunds should be processed no earlier than 30 days after the date of the ticketed flight. If you have trouble with a refund, email [email protected] with the booking reference and ticket number.
