On both firm and standby ZED tickets:
- Checked baggage: 20 kg.
- Hand baggage: 10 kg.
Changes and refunds
Cancellation charges apply to all ZED standby and ZED firm tickets.
ZED standby tickets:
- The ticket is valid for travel for up to 7 days from the travel date.
- If you don't use it within that time, request a refund in myIDTravel.
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the ticket's issue date.
- Refunds take 30 working days to process once you've requested them in myIDTravel.
ZED firm tickets:
- If you don't show up, the ticket can't be refunded.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before departure, or no refund is possible.
- You can't change the date once the ticket is issued.
