• If the listing application is unavailable, send your listing request to [email protected] at least 48 hours before travel. Note that the staff travel team's weekend is Saturday–Sunday.
• At offline and non-MACS stations, you can relist, cancel and request a refund from 12 hours before until 72 hours after the flight's scheduled departure. If you can't take your listed flight there, make a new listing for the flight you want instead. If you don't plan to fly the original listing, you can submit it for cancellation and refund after the departure window.

• Only FZ flights operated by flydubai are included.
• Flights FZ4000-4999 and FZ6000-7999 are excluded.

• Economy: 1 piece, 20 kg.
• Business: 1 piece, 30 kg.

• Cancelling a listing in myIDTravel automatically requests a refund. A cancelled booking can't be used to list again.
• Wholly unused tickets are refunded automatically, including the myIDTravel fee. Confirmed tickets you didn't show up for aren't refunded.
• Refunds for partly used tickets are handled manually and can take longer. The myIDTravel fee isn't refunded once any segment has been flown.
• On a booking with several passengers, if one has flown and the others haven't, there is no refund for the ones who didn't fly.
• If the aircraft is changed and the flight no longer has Business class, you can either cancel your Business booking for a refund or choose to fly in Economy on it. If you choose Economy, you don't get a refund for the class difference.

Only staff, their spouse and children up to the age of 23 are eligible.
