• Air Europa accepts electronic tickets only.
• ZED tickets must be issued through myIDTravel, and the listing is made automatically.
• Carry a printed copy of your e-ticket in case you're asked for it at check-in.
• You can book in advance, but no booking is guaranteed. You're cleared to board only at the airport, depending on the space available at departure.
• Don't make fictitious bookings or block seats to keep them from being sold: this is strictly prohibited.
• You can't use a ZED ticket if you already hold a confirmed commercial ticket for the same route and date.

• All charter flights.
• All codeshare flights not operated by Air Europa (UX2000–3999).
• Any flight or route under an embargo, for whatever reason.

You are responsible for having every passport, visa, permit, authorisation and other document required by the countries you leave from, fly to or pass through. The airline isn't responsible for missing, invalid or insufficient documents, and any fines, penalties or related costs are yours to pay.

• Cabin bags over the applicable carry-on limits can't be taken on board.
• On full flights you may have to check your carry-on bag at the check-in counter or at the gate.
• The operating airline may charge excess baggage at the applicable rates.

On Air Europa you can get your ZED boarding pass through www.aireuropa.com. Be ready to show proof of identity if asked.

• Once you have your boarding pass, go straight to boarding and follow all instructions from airline staff.
• When payload is restricted, commercial passengers and their bags come first, so you may be denied boarding even if there are empty seats.
• Getting on a connecting flight isn't guaranteed. You board in line with the applicable boarding priority and have no priority over other connecting passengers.
• Don't ask other passengers to swap seats. If staff ask you to change seat or cabin, or to leave the aircraft, for operational, safety or security reasons, do it promptly and discreetly.

• Don't request special services or extras, including cabin upgrades, preferred seats, infant safety seats, free alcoholic drinks, headphones, amenity kits or special meals, unless there is a properly authorised medical reason.
• Children under 16 can travel on ZED tickets only with an adult holding a similar discounted ticket.

Dress appropriately: how you look reflects not only on you but also on the company. Not following the dress code can lead to your travel privileges being withdrawn immediately.

Be discreet, respectful and cooperative with airline staff and other passengers at all times. Any disturbance, disruption, harassment, intimidation, threats, verbal abuse or physical aggression is strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate loss of travel privileges and disciplinary measures. Don't discuss the price, conditions or features of your ticket with other passengers.

If your ZED ticket changes, it must be updated before you start travelling.

Refunds for ZED tickets can be processed only in myIDTravel, within one year of the ticket's issue date. The money goes back to the credit card used to buy the ticket.

• ZED tickets are only for leisure or personal and family travel, never for any commercial activity. They can't be transferred, sold, bought, given away, exchanged or used as payment.
• ZED travel doesn't count towards any frequent flyer programme.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. No free changes are given if you are injured or fall ill during the trip, or lose documents, money or belongings, or have them stolen.
• ISTA travel is at specially reduced fares with its own conditions. Apart from refunds of unused coupons where allowed, you aren't entitled to compensation under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 for delays, cancellations, denied boarding or not being able to travel. Rights for lost or damaged baggage, personal injury or property damage under the Montreal Convention of 1999 or other applicable law still apply.
• Employees are responsible for making sure their beneficiaries know all the rules, and for how beneficiaries and companions behave. A beneficiary travelling without the employee must know the policies of Air Europa and of the operating airline.
• Misuse, selling or trading tickets, unauthorised payment claims or chargebacks, using the benefit for unlawful activity, or any fraud, is a serious breach. It can lead to disciplinary and legal action. Breaking the rules can get travel privileges suspended or withdrawn permanently, and the employee can be held responsible for a beneficiary's breach.
• By buying, booking, requesting or using a ZED ticket, you accept these rules.
