On Binter Canarias, everything is done in myIDTravel: buying your e-ticket lists you automatically, with no further step. Travel partners can fly only together with the employee, and refunds must be requested within 90 days of the ticket's issue date. How to list for standby on Binter Canarias
Bookings, rebookings, refunds and listings are handled only in myIDTravel.
- Buy your e-ticket in myIDTravel. This creates your listing automatically: you don't need to do anything else.
- Once your payment is validated, an itinerary receipt is emailed to you.
Travel partners: Binter accepts a travel partner only when traveling with the employee (ZPA/ZPC). Unaccompanied partners (ZPU) can't fly on NT flights.
Visas and travel documents
Getting your passport, visas and vaccination certificates, and checking that they are valid, is up to you before the trip starts. Binter isn't responsible for missing or invalid documents, and any fine NT gets because of them is passed on to you.

Baggage
Checked baggage (Economy class):
- Inter-island flights: up to 20 kg.
- Other flights: 1 piece, up to 23 kg.
Cabin baggage:
- ATR aircraft: 1 piece, up to 6 kg and 45 × 35 × 25 cm.
- EMBRAER aircraft: 1 piece, up to 8 kg and 52 × 40 × 25 cm.
Check-in
Check-in deadlines:
- Inter-island flights with checked bags: 40 minutes before departure.
- Inter-island flights without checked bags: 30 minutes before departure.
- Other flights with checked bags: 1 hour before departure.
- Other flights without checked bags: 45 minutes before departure.
On a trip with several flights, Binter tries to check you through to your final destination. But as a PAD (Passenger Available for Disembark) you may be offloaded or asked to get off at a connection point if the seat is needed for a revenue passenger. In that case you may need a new ticket and a stopover, which you arrange yourself.
Boarding, seats and upgrades
Once you've been accepted, be at the boarding gate by the time printed on your boarding pass.
Dress code
Dress smart casual, in a way that suits the cabin you're eligible for. Sportswear, beachwear and other very casual clothes aren't accepted in any cabin. If your outfit isn't appropriate, you may be refused travel.
Changes and refunds
- To cancel, open your PNR and cancel the flights before departure.
- To get a refund, open the ticket in myIDTravel and refund it in full or in part. The refund is processed automatically and straight away.
- A ticket can be refunded only once: if you refund one segment, you can't refund another one later.
- If the refund needs manual handling, it may take a month.
- Full and partial refunds must be requested within 90 days of the ticket's issue date.
