Plus Ultra staff travel & standby

At the moment Plus Ultra (PU) flights can't be accessed in myIDTravel for technical reasons; Plus Ultra says it will announce when this is fixed.

• Your ticket coupon must be for the same airport pair as the flight you want to take. Coupons for other airport pairs aren't accepted.
• Have a printed copy of your e-ticket with you at check-in.

• Charter flights PU 900–999.
• Codeshare flights PU 1000–1099.

For international travel, every passenger needs a valid passport and the visas required for the destination and for the scheduled stops on the route, in case you have to leave the aircraft. You must meet all immigration, customs, health and other official requirements.

• Checked: 1 piece, up to 23 kg.
• Carry-on: 1 piece, up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm and 10 kg.

No single item over 23 kg is accepted, whatever your allowance. Repack anything heavier into separate bags; if that takes you over your allowance, you pay the excess baggage charges.

Direct check-in isn't available on standby.

1. Report to the airport sales office at least 2 hours before departure to confirm your place. In CCS, report at least 2 hours 30 minutes before, because of airport procedures.
2. Show a printed copy of your e-ticket.

When several interline employees are on the same flight, the order you checked in at the airport counter decides the order of acceptance.

You can board only once you have a boarding pass with a confirmed seat.

Seat requests aren't allowed on staff travel. If the flight is open, the check-in agent may offer you an aisle or window seat, depending on availability.

Boarding can be refused if these rules aren't followed, or because of flight load, operational or security reasons.

• No special service requests, special meals (SPML) or pets in the cabin (PETC).
• Special meals can't be pre-booked on discounted tickets. If you or your eligible travelers need a special diet, bring enough of your own food for the whole flight.
• Children under 16 can travel on a discount ticket only with an adult on the same type of discount ticket.

Wear appropriate clothes and look neat and clean. Avoid worn, torn or frayed clothing, offensive phrases or images, and anything eccentric. Make sure your outfit suits the cabin you're flying in. If you don't follow the dress code, you can be refused boarding.

Behave discreetly and respectfully at all times. If you have a complaint, keep it to yourself and raise it with the right person after the trip, unless it can be sorted out quietly on the spot.
