How to list for standby on Hahn Air

Hahn Air issues all tickets as confirmed tickets, including at space-available rates.

Email [email protected] no earlier than 4 weeks and no later than 4 days before departure.
Include your travel dates, the names of everyone travelling, a copy of your airline ID and your credit card.
When the booking situation allows, Hahn Air issues the ticket with a confirmed seat.

Flights you can't use

All codeshare flights are excluded. There are no embargoes.

Visas and travel documents

On international trips, getting every travel document required by your destination country, and by any country you transit, is your own responsibility.

Baggage

Checked: 1 piece, up to 20 kg.
Cabin: 1 bag, up to 5 kg and 50 × 40 × 20 cm.

Check-in

Check in no later than 30 minutes before departure. Hahn Air has no self-service check-in kiosks.

Through check-in isn't allowed. Leave yourself enough time at every stop to land and check in again.

Boarding, seats and upgrades

Seat requests aren't possible.

Special services, children and pets

Special meals can't be pre-booked on rebate tickets. If you or anyone travelling with you needs a special diet, bring enough of your own food for the whole flight.
Infant safety seats can't be used.
Children under 16 can travel on a rebate ticket only with an adult on the same type of rebate ticket.
No special services are available on standby travel.
