Listing is mandatory.

• If your airline uses myIDTravel, list at www.myidtravel.com. In the Flight Schedule Query, choose TUIfly directly rather than all airlines, or the reservations system may not give a correct answer.
• Everyone else: email [email protected].

The listing confirmation is sent to your email. TUIfly is ticketless, so no ticket is issued, but besides the myIDTravel confirmation you receive a separate TUIfly confirmation/itinerary that shows the fare. Print it and have it ready at check-in: this is mandatory, because the myIDTravel confirmation isn't legally binding. Follow the conditions of carriage.

• There is no waiting list on TUIfly flights.
• Questions about your reservation: [email protected]. The TUIfly service centre doesn't handle staff travel and won't reply.
• Don't ask the call centre about passenger loads.
• Travel partners can't fly on their own: only with the employee for the whole journey. An employee can take up to two travel partners per journey. Family members and parents don't count as travel partners and can fly alone.

All TUIfly flights to and from Egypt are charters, and under Egyptian regulations you can't list or book a one-way flight from Egypt to Germany.

Getting your passport, visas and vaccination certificates, and checking they are valid, is up to you before you set off. TUIfly takes no responsibility for missing or invalid documents, and any fine it gets because of them is passed on to you in full.

• Checked: 20 kg free for all ID travellers; 30 kg for TUI Card Gold/Robinson Card Gold holders under the TUI Card rules.
• Cabin: 1 bag up to 6 kg and 55 × 40 × 20 cm. Blunt objects such as golf clubs, baseball bats and tennis rackets can't be taken into the cabin.
• Excess baggage follows the regular full-fare rules and must be paid in full at the normal rates: see www.tuifly.com.
• Don't carry items for anyone else.

Online check-in is mandatory in every case. Airport check-in is also included for all ID travellers.

Unless stated otherwise, check in no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Boarding follows the priority list, by airline and date of joining (DOJ). Have your ID card or passport ready.

Seat reservations are possible only on confirmed reservations, against the normal service charge: not on standby. TUI Card/Robinson Card and TUI Card Gold/Robinson Card Gold holders reserve seats free of charge under the TUI Card rules.

Extra services such as sports equipment, special meals and seat reservations can be booked only on a confirmed reservation, against the normal service charge (see www.tuifly.com). Email [email protected] with your reservation code. None of this is possible on a standby listing.

• Wheelchairs for passengers with disabilities can be booked free of charge.
• Pets in the cabin (PETC) and in the hold (AVIH): book through [email protected]; the normal service charge applies. You are responsible for all the animal's documents and vaccinations.
• Infants under 2 travel on a parent's or escort's lap unless a certified child restraint system is used. Register the child seat with TUIfly at least one week before departure through [email protected]; you need written confirmation (carriage authorisation) from TUIfly to bring it.
• Children under 16 can't travel alone: only with an adult holding a similar type of ticket.

Dress in good taste (smart casual). Never acceptable:

• Jogging, running or warm-up suits.
• Sheer or revealing clothes.
• Tank tops and bare midriffs.
• Micro-mini skirts.
• Clothes with offensive words or graphics.
• Beach clothes and footwear.

TUIfly is ticketless, so to cancel you only need to cancel the reservation code (Filekey): there is no separate ticket number to cancel. Refunds aren't made automatically if more than 30 days have passed since the original travel date; in that case contact [email protected].

• Travel insurance is recommended, for example against lost baggage, injury or loss of documents or money.
• TUIfly flies Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
