iFly Staff: staff travel portals by airline
iFly Staff is a staff travel system made by IBS Software. Airlines use it for their own employees' leisure and duty travel: you book flights, see your travel benefits and add family members. There's no single iFly login: each airline runs its own portal, and you sign in with the account your employer gives you.

Philippine Airlines also uses iFly Staff, according to IBS Software. Your access comes from your employer.

What you can do in iFly Staff
According to IBS Software, iFly Staff lets you:
- book flights and hotels for leisure and duty travel;
- update your passport and other travel document details;
- see your travel benefits, how much you've used and when they expire;
- register family members and other people your airline allows to travel on your benefits;
- get duty travel approved.
It also supports ZED and interline bookings, and Philippine Airlines uses it for retirees too. Your airline decides which of these you can use.
The iFly apps
There's no general iFly Staff app from IBS Software. Two airlines have their own:
- iFly Etihad from Etihad Airways, on the App Store and Google Play.
- iFlyStaff - Oman Air from Oman Air, on the App Store and Google Play.
On other airlines, use the portal in your browser.
iFly Staff and myIDTravel
iFly Staff is your own airline's system for your benefits and bookings. For travel on other airlines, many airlines use myIDTravel.

What is iFly Staff?

How do I log in to iFly Staff?
Through your own airline's portal, with the account your employer gives you: for example your staff number at Qantas or your work email at Air India Express. There's no single iFly login.
Is there an iFly Staff app?
Not a general one. Etihad (iFly Etihad) and Oman Air (iFlyStaff - Oman Air) have their own apps; on other airlines, use the portal in your browser.
Is iFly Staff the same as myIDTravel?
No. iFly Staff is made by IBS Software and runs your own airline's staff travel. myIDTravel is a separate platform that many airlines use, often for travel on other airlines.
Rules change often and this guide may be out of date. Check with your airline's staff travel department before you travel. Staff Airlines isn't responsible for denied boarding, missed flights or other losses. Found a mistake? Let us know.
