Online check-in isn't available. Check in with a customer service agent at the ticket counter at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure.

• Unaccompanied minors aren't accepted for interline travel, in line with ZED rules.

Pets:

• The AVIH (animal in the hold) and PETC (pet in the cabin) fees apply to other airlines' non-revenue travellers.
• You must be at least 18 to travel with a PETC.
• The animal must meet all health requirements.
• Pets are tagged standby and are cleared when you clear the flight. Don't call to list the animal.
• The number of animals in the cabin is limited, so it's a good idea to call reservations to check how many pets are already confirmed on your flight.

Acceptable: clean, well-kept clothes in good taste (shirts with sleeves and collars, T-shirts, walking shorts no shorter than 3" above the knee, nice jeans, dress slacks, skirts, dresses, jogging suits, dress shoes, open-toe shoes and nice sneakers).

Not acceptable: torn, ragged, slashed, dirty, frayed, low-cut, skimpy or revealing clothes; offensive or sexually oriented prints or messages; halter, tube or midriff tops; sweats of any kind; leggings; beach or swimwear; and dirty, stained or worn-looking shoes.

Cancelling any segment of your journey triggers an automatic refund. To travel the same route later, make a new listing or booking. Rebooking is allowed within the ticket's validity.
