Flights you can't use

- Flights may be payload optimized: even when seats are free, you may not get on because of weight and balance.
- You can't get on or off during a technical stop.
Baggage
One carry-on, one personal item and one checked bag are free. Fees for oversized, overweight and extra bags apply.
Check-in
- Check in on www.suncountry.com between 24 hours and one hour before scheduled departure.
- Ticket counters open three hours before departure and close 45 minutes before domestic flights and one hour before international flights.
- When flying back to the US from an international station, you may be held at the ticket counter for a seat assignment, if there is space.
Boarding, seats and upgrades
Seats are assigned at the gate if there is space. Sun Country employees and their eligible travelers get on first; after them, staff of other airlines are boarded by time of check-in.
Special services, children and pets
- Book infants through a reservations agent or at the ticket counter.
- Request a wheelchair through reservations.
- Unaccompanied minors aren't permitted.
Dress code
Look well groomed, neat, clean, safe and respectful from head to toe. Wear shoes, unless a disability or physical condition prevents it.
Not acceptable: anything that breaks public decency laws or community standards, sheer or overly revealing clothing, sleepwear, underwear or swimwear, as well as vulgar or offensive clothing, very dirty, stained or torn clothing, and bare feet.
Changes and refunds
- Wholly unused passes can be cancelled and refunded through ID90 Travel or myIDTravel before departure.
- For past travel dates or partly used passes, email [email protected] for a manual refund. Include the record locator, travel date, routing and passenger name(s), and allow up to 30 days.
