Flights you can't use

Calm Air charter flights can't be used. Calm Air lists no embargoes.

Visas and travel documents

Show your company ID together with either:

one valid government-issued ID with your photo, name, date of birth and gender, or
two valid government-issued IDs with your name, date of birth and gender, without a photo.

Baggage

Checked baggage:

Up to 2 pieces.
Each piece up to 50 lbs, and both together up to 100 lbs.
Each piece up to 158 cm (62 inches) in total dimensions.
Your bags travel space available and get the lowest priority: all confirmed baggage and cargo go first.

Carry-on: the same limits apply as for confirmed passengers, with no exceptions. They are approved by Transport Canada and listed on the Carry-on Baggage page of the Calm Air website.

Check-in

Recommended arrival at check-in: 90 minutes before departure.
Self-serve kiosks and online check-in close 60 minutes before departure.
The check-in counter and bag drop close 45 minutes before departure.
Boarding deadline: 30 minutes before departure.

Special services, children and pets

For special service requests, call Calm Air Reservations at 1-800-839-2256 and have your confirmation or reservation number ready.
Calm Air doesn't carry unaccompanied minors.

Dress code

Look well groomed. Casual clothes are fine on space-available flights, but these are never allowed:

Athletic or leisure wear. Leggings are fine with a long top or a dress.
Casual flip-flops (dressy styles are fine).
Provocative, tight, revealing, sheer or see-through clothes.
Tank tops or tops that show the midriff.
Clothes with offensive words or graphics.
Skirts or shorts that end more than 3 inches above the knee.
Cut-off clothes, including anything with ragged edges or holes.
Jeans with rips or holes.

Changes and refunds

To change your plans, cancel in myIDTravel at least 24 hours before departure and make a new booking. Cancelling also refunds what you paid, except the myIDTravel fee.

Also contact Calm Air Reservations at 1-800-839-2256 at least 24 hours in advance with your reservation number. Otherwise you will be recorded as a no-show and cancelled.
