1. At least 3 days before departure, fill in the Kenmore Air Pass Request. You find it in myIDTravel under M5.
2. Email it to [email protected].
3. You receive a waitlist booking confirmation at the email address you gave.

Payment is taken when your seat is confirmed. Kenmore Air accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express, but not cash.

All scheduled Kenmore Air flights are included. Charter flights are excluded.

• On any flight between the United States and Canada, in either direction, every traveler needs a current, valid passport book, whatever their age or citizenship.
• Kenmore Air isn't allowed to accept passport cards, NEXUS cards or enhanced driver's licenses.
• Meeting the entry rules of the country you fly to is your responsibility. Foreign nationals may need an ETA (Canada) or ESTA (USA).

Floatplanes:

• 25 lbs (11 kg) in total per person, however many bags you have. Everything is weighed and counts, including purses, laptops and backpacks.
• No single item over 50 linear inches (127 cm): about the size of a standard carry-on on major airlines.

Landplanes:

• 50 lbs (23 kg) in total per person, however many bags you have, plus one personal item such as a purse, briefcase or laptop of up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• No single item over 50 lbs (23 kg).
• No single item over 62 linear inches (157 cm, length + width + height): about a standard large suitcase, but smaller than the biggest cruise-style ones.

To or from Victoria International Airport (YYJ):

• Two carry-on size bags, screened by TSA x-ray.
• No single item over 50 linear inches (127 cm, length + width + height).

Staffed terminals: check in at least one hour before the scheduled flight time.

Unstaffed floatplane docks on San Juan Island:

1. You must call 866-435-9524 one hour before departure to confirm space and pay anything due.
2. Be at the designated pick-up point 30 minutes before scheduled departure.

Unstaffed floatplane destinations in the BC Inside Passage: you must call 866-435-9524 before 5:00pm the day before departure to confirm space, give your passport details and pay.

• San Juan Islands, Victoria BC and scenic tours: the waitlist clears 1 hour before scheduled departure.
• BC Inside Passage: confirm your space by calling 866-435-9524 before 5:00pm the day before departure, with your passport details and payment.

Casual clothes are fine, including jeans and sneakers.
