Baggage
- Free allowance: 18 kg (40 lb) for each passenger holding a ticket. Anything above that is charged at the applicable excess baggage rate: details on www.northstarair.ca.
- Carry-on: 1 piece at most, up to 40 × 33 × 20 cm and 6 kg (13 lb). It counts towards your 18 kg checked allowance.
- Carry-ons are allowed on Dash-8 aircraft. On PC-12 aircraft, bags are collected at boarding and handed back when you arrive.
Check-in
Be checked in at least 90 minutes before the scheduled departure.
Through check-in to your connection is available to space-available passengers.
Special services, children and pets
If you have special needs or a disability and travel with medical devices, North Star Air will make arrangements. Contact the airline 48 hours in advance.
Dress code
Look neat, clean and well groomed. North Star Air asks staff travelers, their spouses and dependants to dress conservatively and in good taste. Clean jeans are fine.
