Changes and refunds

You can't re-list on the same PNR or on a split PNR. To change your reservation, cancel your listing and make a new one.
Cancelled listings are refunded in full, automatically, to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you booked and cancelled within 24 hours, call the reservations hotline to get the refund processed.
For any problem with cancellations or refunds, call Wasaya Reservations on 1-877-492-7292 to talk to an agent.
